Virgin metal is the prime input of aluminium wire rod. All the virgin metal which we used for wire rod manufacturing is being supply from HINDALCO’s smelters either in shape of sow ingot or in pig ingot having minimum purity of 99.7%. Recyclable metal which we used in wire rod manufacturing is either conductor scrap or the scrap which contain minimum 99.65% purity. Virgin metal feed into dry chamber continuous feeding type stationary furnace having molten bath capacity of 25 MT. molten metal then transfer into holding furnace to ensure homogeneous metal preparation and uniform tem-perature gradient. Metal refining process takes place in holding furnace only.
Our state of art CCR lines along with semi automatic coiler enable us to produce 410256 meter con-ductor rod in a day.
Inline induction heating system and water quenched RAC unit enable us to produce aluminium alloy wire rod with complete solution treatment of Al-Si-Mg aluminium alloy rod which can meet the de-mand of our valued customer in their business segment.

4043 Alloy Wire is an aluminium–silicon alloy welding and filler wire widely used for joining aluminium and aluminium alloys. The silicon content improves fluidity, reduces weld shrinkage, and minimizes hot cracking, resulting in smooth, stable, and reliable weld deposits.
This alloy wire is commonly used for welding 6xxx series aluminium alloys, cast aluminium components, and general fabrication work. It offers good corrosion resistance, excellent arc stability, and easy weld pool control, making it suitable for both manual and automated welding processes.
4043 alloy wire produces clean, aesthetically pleasing welds and is preferred for applications where ease of welding and crack resistance are more critical than high joint strength.
