Recyclable metal which we used in wire rod manufacturing is either conductor scrap or the scrap which contain minimum 99.65% purity. Virgin metal feed into dry chamber continuous feeding type stationary furnace having molten bath capacity of 25 MT. molten metal then transfer into holding furnace to ensure homogeneous metal preparation and uniform tem-perature gradient. Metal refining process takes place in holding furnace only.
Our state of art CCR lines along with semi automatic coiler enable us to produce 410256 meter con-ductor rod in a day.
Inline induction heating system and water quenched RAC unit enable us to produce aluminium alloy wire rod with complete solution treatment of Al-Si-Mg aluminium alloy rod which can meet the de-mand of our valued customer in their business segment.
